“The Day Before” is a 20 page A5 photocopier zine.
This is the first of what is to be a collection of stories or chapters from my time in the public hospital system while being treated for a large and aggressive bone tumour growing from my pelvis in very close proximity to my lower spine. Before this I had never been to a hospital other than as a visitor. The experience was surreal, dramatic and darkly humorous.
